A real enthusiasm for period properties — and a particular fondness for traditional box sash windows.
A cost-effective alternative to buying entirely new windows — upgrade your existing windows and have them working like new.
A permanent, flexible join between new and original timber — so joints don't break open and water can't get in.
The box sash is stripped back to bare wood and the rotten timber removed. The surface is then treated with Dry Fix WS — a wood stabiliser.
Timber splices are made and bonded with the DryFlex resin system from WindowCare International — a permanent, flexible join that flexes with the timber, so joints never break open and water can't get in.
The prepared timber splices are inserted into the cleaned-back sections of the frame.
New end boxes are made and installed to rebuild the sash where needed.
Once cured, the resin can be planed, sawn, routed, nailed and screwed like wood, and painted with all solvent- and water-based paints.
The finished repair, ready and awaiting its final undercoat and top coat.
Skilled craftsmen, competitive prices. No job is ever too small.
Slabbing & patios, secondary glazing, timber doors & windows, guttering, loft insulation, locks.
Period fireplaces brought back to pristine condition in situ — original detail revealed.
Full interior & exterior, wallpaper, re-plastering, wood treatments, fencing.

A low-maintenance garden built for entertaining — Yorkstone flags laid at 45° to widen the space, with a retaining wall and gravel beds leading to the garage.
